The home selling market is hot these days so a home for sale can easily slip through the cracks if it\u2019s not in pristine condition, priced right & ready for its first meeting with prospective buyers. Here are some things you can do to spruce up your home & get it ready to hit the market!<\/p>\n

1) Improve your landscaping. Curb appeal <\/span><\/strong>is crucial to a good first impression. Make sure your home\u2019s lawn is immaculate, seed bare spots, weed and mow the lawn, prune the bushes, weed and mulch the planting beds +garden and plant flowers. Add a few front window boxes or add a colorful large pot of flowering plants at the front entrance.<\/p>\n

2) Clean the outside.<\/span><\/strong> Again – Curb appeal<\/span><\/strong> is crucial to a good first impression. A so so exterior will make buyers think you\u2019ve slacked off on interior maintenance as well. Be sure to clean the gutters and pressure wash your home\u2019s siding. Give wood trim a fresh coat of paint if needed<\/p>\n
