The Harris YMCA is located on the southeast side of the neighborhood and has a myriad options for fitness and family recreational activities. SouthPark Swim and Tennis Club is also close as is Park Road Park. Shopping and dining opportunities are nearly endless with Phillips Place, SouthPark Mall and Sharon Shopping Center all less than 5 minutes away.

It’s also zoned for some of CMS’s best schools – Selwyn Elementary School, Alexander Graham Middle School and Myers Park High School.
